This project in Yardley Pa was designed around an existing sewer easement that only allowed us to develop the area up to 6' off the furthest part of the sunroom. The patio was built off the driveway to utilize it for larger parties. Seat walls enclose the patio and lighting highlight the stonework. The deck is composed of cumaru and tigerwood. The patios are bluestone dry laid.
