Historic Princeton home with a raised dimensional bluestone patio. Seat walls with built-in planters. A beautiful pergola made from reclaimed gas lanterns from Philadelphia with a dining area comprised of irregular flagstone and brick. The spring house, originally from the 1800s, was repurposed into an entertainment area. Heavy perennial plantings and wisteria complete space.

This project in Yardley Pa was designed around an existing sewer easement that only allowed us to develop the area up to 6' off the furthest part of the sunroom. The patio was built off the end of the driveway to utilize it for larger parties. Seat walls enclose the patio and lighting highlights the stonework. The deck is composed of cumaru and tigerwood and the pergola is douglas fir.

This modern home set on brooks bend in Princeton NJ had a long-neglected property.  We completely redesigned the entire property from the street in.  New driveway layout and front entrance and entertaining area in the back yard.  We started by opening up the space.  Getting rid of overgrown and poorly placed plant material and moving the existing pool equipment to an area down and away from the slope we were able to open up the space and get views of the woods.

This 60 acre farm in Ringos NJ was a project spanning many years and multiple stages of design and development.

Entry, terraces, water features, pond, pool, and cabana all tie together to make this a truly spectacular project.

One of the most recognizable homes in Yardley Pa.  The new addition to the historic home changed the flow of traffic to the new kitchen from the driveway so a new entrance was needed.  Stacked stone walls, bluestone entrance, and plantings tie the space together and direct visitors to the correct door.

We designed a large whimsical flagstone terrace surrounded by large boulders  and segmental wall block capped in a custom mahogany seat bench where used for the seat walls.  Well designed landscape lighting transforms the space at night.
